It’s funny how you can cram-exercise in the same way you can cram-study. When I did round the bays it was a really easy 8.4km run, and after the race I ate an ice cream and then I didn’t do anything for a month. I just ate, slept and sat at my computer. And then when I tried to run again today I was practically dying after 2km.
It seems so strange to suddenly stop doing something which you’ve been doing so intensively it has become part of your daily routine. But actually it’s quite a normal, for example, like how people keep taking subjects like Chemistry and Accounting even though they really hate them.
